What are the contract terms and minimum commitment?
Standard contracts are billed monthly with no minimum commitment.
Enterprise dedicated node contracts are typically 12-month terms, and joint or outsourced development is contracted on a per-project basis. Please contact us for details.

Do you provide SLA and uptime guarantees?
Standard contracts are provided on a best-effort basis.
Enterprise dedicated node contracts offer a 99.9% uptime target and negotiable custom SLA clauses tailored to your system requirements.

Where is data stored?
Metadata (request timestamps, AI model names, token counts, response times, etc.) is stored on servers in Tokyo.
User input and output contents are not persisted on our servers. Under enterprise dedicated node contracts, the data location can be specified to a neutral third-country jurisdiction based on your compliance requirements.

Payment methods and invoicing?
Credit card payment (prepaid wallet model) is the default. As a Japanese legal entity, we issue qualified invoices (インボイス) compliant with Japanese tax regulations.
For enterprise contracts, we also support end-of-month billing with next-month payment terms and invoices in JPY or USD. Contact us for a quote.

We respond to security audit questionnaires aligned with APPI, GDPR, and ISO 27001.
Compliance review, Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA), and cross-border data transfer scheme design are conducted by our compliance team in parallel with commercial contract negotiation. Detailed documentation is provided after NDA.

Lead time from PoC to production?
Sandbox environment is technically ready in approximately 1 week, and production nodes in approximately 2 weeks.
